All online orders are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post. All orders are processed Monday-Friday within 48 hours of being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free express shipping on all orders over $100
Standard shipping 2-8 business days $10.00
Express shipping 1-4 business days $15.00
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for all orders within a 5km radius.
Deliveries are made from Monday-Friday within 24-48 hours. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our boutique. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you a text message to the phone number you provided at checkout when your order is ready along with instructions.

International shipping
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at your.collection@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
