GINGER&ME Bath & Foot Soak Salts encourage a daily ritual of washing away your worries and going to sleep with a peaceful mind. Whilst there is nothing more relaxing than immersing your body in a bath before bed, a foot soak has been proven to not only relieve tired feet and muscles after a long day but also detoxify the body, relieve stress and enhance mood.

HOW TO USE: Pour 1-2 cups of Bath & Foot Soak Salts into a standard size bathtub filled with warm water. Add to running water to help salt to dissolve faster, and soak for at least 10 – 20 minutes for best (most relaxing) results.
